Cauliflower crust pizza

Ingredients:
For crust layer:
o
Olive oil
o
2 cups
cauliflower rice (or a small bag, frozen)
o
Pig spice
(combination of garlic and seasonings)
o
¼ cup grated Parmesan
cheese
o
¾ cup pizza sauce
For pizza toppings:
o
Ham (lunch meat,
cubed or diced)
o
Pineapple (cut
canned smaller)
o
Olives (sliced)
o
Bacon (chopped
fine)
o
Grated cheese
Instructions:
1.
Preheat oven to
375 degrees.
2.
For the crust
layer, put some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add cauliflower rice and pig
spice. Stir to cook for about 5
minutes. Then stir in the Parmesan
cheese until well combined. Remove from
heat and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8” by 8” glass or metal
baking dish.
3.
Spread the pizza
sauce over the crust.
4.
Layer with your
toppings, putting the cheese on last.
5.
Bake for 12-15
minutes, until hot and melted.
Notes:
Really any combination of pizza toppings could be used to
make whatever kind of pizza you desire.
