Organic spring mix and arugula
1 can or pouch of tuna
1-2 lemons, juiced (or equivalent lemon juice)
dill to taste
dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp or more of olive oil
Top salad with drained tuna. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Pour over salad.
*I got this recipe from a girl at work, and I make it all the time now. It's really yummy!
